An enquiry may include your name, company, work email, WhatsApp number, country or market, project requirements and an optional reference attachment. Please include only information needed to discuss your project.
How we use enquiry information
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, assess project requirements and communicate about quotations, samples and production.
Email delivery and service providers
The website sends enquiry details and any attachment to our business email. If the primary email service is unavailable, FormSubmit is used as a backup delivery service and receives the submitted information for that purpose. The website does not keep a separate enquiry archive. Temporary upload files and session data may be used to process the form and preserve written details after an error.
Security and optional analytics
Hosting and email services support website operation and delivery. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies form submissions and receives a verification token and IP address. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose analytics cookies. See the Cookie Policy for browser storage and preference information.
Retention
Enquiry emails and their attachments are normally retained for approximately six months.
